Inside Seven Lakes West you will find the 72 par Beacon Ridge Golf Club, designed in 1989 by Gene Hamm.  Affordable memberships and several tiers of monthly dues are available to residents of the community.  The Beacon Ridge Clubhouse also has a lounge and dining area.   The club also has a practice range and tennis courts. 

Morgan Woods, a separate section inside Seven Lakes West, is comprised of larger lots (minimum 3 acres) for horse owners or for those who desire larger, more private surroundings.  

The community has an active homeowners association as well as an impressive community center.  HOA dues permit owners to use a community pool, tennis courts, the marina, as well as a park and playground area.
