After serving 25 years in the Marine Corps, Gwen and I were finally in a position to choose where we wanted to establish ourselves and create a home for our family. The best decision we made was agreeing to work exclusively with Todd.

Starting the process was becoming increasingly difficult and to compound the issue we lived out of state. I was still reporting every day and Gwen was busy with our children and other personal commitments. The daunting task of picking the right house, in the right neighborhood, with the right schools from 300 miles away would have been overwhelming had it not been for Todd using his time, expertise and talents on our behalf. At times I needed action by someone local and Todd was very effective fully representing us in our absence. We have been owners of various properties in Pinehurst since 1993 and have dealt with a number of Realtors over that period of time. Once we met Todd, and got a feel for his high level of energy and professionalism, we knew we wanted to have him represent us.

Initially, we wanted to purchase a smaller “transition home” to allow us to test the waters of living in Pinehurst. But after looking at properties in this category, we migrated to looking for a long term home.
